Turkey is just such an important protein to our Beg & Barker range and the continued issues with the availability of our favorite US Turkeys, the strip is becoming a stick.
Instead of trimming the breast and slicing them with the grain, we are now grinding all the human grade turkey. This way, it is more controlled and remains the leanest of the meat treats that we offer.
Give it a try, you have our Beg & Barker Promise, and if you do not like it – we will swap it for a strip of the pork loins, chicken or beef liver.
